That's pretty good for a blog. It means your blog will turn up reasonably high -- <i>all else equal</i> -- in Google searches. A PR4 is pretty good, a PR5 is great, a PR6 is excellent, and a PR7 is rare and exalted. Eight, nine and ten are all but impossible.
